There are beautiful walks in and around Pett and Pett Level. The Jubilee Way is a two hour circular walk around Pett and Pett Level. Although it starts at The Royal Oak you can join it very easily from Pett Level,  Cliff End, The Church of  St. Mary and St. Peter or from the campsite on Pannel Lane. It takes you up and down the cliffs past the National Trust (NT) reed beds, thorough  NT Market Wood, and across green fields. Pett Level has many points of interest as illustrated on the map below. Mobile reception can be unreliable so please download a copy. There are many other footpaths through the parish which make for lovely excursions and can be found on East Sussex Public Rights of Way Map  .  Other walks for the area can be found on   ‘123 walks’   incuding a walk in the nearby Guestling Wood
