PETT GARDENING CLUB
Pett Gardening Club meets every month (usually on the 2nd Tuesday).
Our aim is to provide a friendly social club where members are always willing to share their gardening knowledge and experience. In addition, we all benefit from the wealth of gardening knowledge we gain from our speakers and visits.
During the Summer months we normally visit gardens around Kent and East Sussex, and in the Autumn and Winter months talks are held in Pett Village Hall at 7.30pm.
New members are always welcome – the annual subscription is currently £6.00 or £3.00 for visitors to any one meeting. The external visits and associated transport costs are not included in the annual subscription charge.
At times social events are held, including the Gardening Club’s famous Christmas Social!
Because of restrictions in place due to Covid-19 regulations in both Pett Village Hall and the gardens we would have visited, the programme for the rest of 2020 has been cancelled. We look forward to returning to our normal busy schedule in 2021.
We normally keep a written diary of our monthly meetings and these can be found here https://www.pettnet.org.uk/gardening-club-monthly-diary
During the lockdown, it was not possible to meet as a group, so in the spirit of connectivity and in celebration of our shared love of gardens we set up a project celebrating our gardens.
